GRASS FED & FINISHED BEEF
How often do you consider where your food comes from and who has grown it?
Our meat comes directly from the animals from our farm to your plate so you know exactly what the animals have eaten, where they were grown and anything else you’d like to know!
We do not and never will use Bovaer or mRNA injections on our cattle.
Our grass fed & finished beef cattle are mixture of both black Angus and Murray Grey, both of which are known for their incredible meat qualities. We do also occasionally process our Highland cattle which are even more exceptional - but this is infrequent, so if you want to get your hands on some of that, jump on it when you can!
We clarify that are beef is grass fed and finished as the majority of beef in Australia is grass fed at some point, but then the majority of those cows are then subjected to feedlots for the rest of their lives, where they are fed only grain in order to ‘finish’ them. Whilst this does give a more consistent product and ensures the fat content of the beef in a different way, we only want our cattle to be finished with grass (which also includes hay) all year round.
There has been a lot of talk recently around the different vaccinations and treatments given to both dairy and meat cattle around the world, including here in Australia. We do not and never will use either Bovaer or mRNA injections on our cattle. This is something that we are very passionate about and our stance on this will not change.
We believe that food is health and we want to provide you with a real alternative when it comes to sourcing your meat.

Similarly to our other animals, our cattle are rasied on spray-free, chemical-free pasture & are rotationally grazed.
In case you haven’t picked up on this yet, we believe that Regenerative farming methods, including rotationally grazing stock, is paramount to the future of agriculture. There is so much damage being done to the world - and agriculture often gets a bad name (especially cows and cattle farming!).
However, the biggest issue lies with huge commercial and industrial operations, of tens of thousands of head feedlots, not small farms like ourselves who are actually working on lowering and sequestering carbon emissions. Practices such as rotational grazing and finishing cattle in small numbers on grass is key to the future of our world and human health! And we offer this choice when you choose to shop with us!
