Please note that this is a pre-order deposit and the remaining balance will be payable before delivery or collection. 

Please also note that we require at least two week’s notice for the larger beef orders and we will be in touch with you regarding when it will be ready. 

A quarter of a cow is approximately 120-130kg in weight and is priced at $22/kg.

You will receive a mixture of the following:

  • Brisket

  • Steaks (including porterhouse/rump/scotch/BBQ)

  • Top side roast

  • Osso bucco

  • RIbs

  • Stir fry strips

  • Chuck steak

  • Oyster blade

  • Flank/blade steak

  • Diced

  • Mince

  • Burgers (made from 100% beef mince)

  • Sausages (GF and preservative free)

  •  Beef bones
