*NEW* 1/4 Grass Fed & Finished Cow PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT ONLY
This is our bigger option for buying beef in bulk! Great for a family wanting to stock up their freezer - or perhaps share with a friend or family member?
Please note that this is a pre-order deposit and the remaining balance will be payable before delivery or collection.
Please also note that we require at least two week’s notice for the bulk beef orders and we will be in touch with you regarding when it will be ready.
*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ* An quarter of a cow is approximately 65kg carcass (hanging) weight, priced at $24/kg. We price our bulk beef on carcass weight (this is the hanging weight before ageing and butchering, which is standard practice). Once the beef has been hung for a period of time, trimmed and cut, the amount you take home will be typically around 65-70% of that weight - approximately 42-49kg of packaged beef from a 65kg share.
This reduction is completely normal when purchasing bulk beef anywhere. Moisture is lost during ageing, bones are removed and cut are carefully trimmed - and we believe in being upfront with you so you have an idea of what to expect in your freezer.
You will receive a mixture of the following:
Brisket
Steaks (including porterhouse/rump/scotch/BBQ)
Top side roast
Osso bucco
RIbs
Stir fry strips
Chuck steak
Oyster blade
Flank/blade steak
Diced
Mince
Burgers (made from 100% beef mince)
Sausages (GF and preservative free)
Beef bones
