An eighth of a cow is approximately 32kg in weight and is priced at $22/kg.
You will receive a mixture of the following:
Brisket
Steaks (including porterhouse/rump/scotch/BBQ)
Top side roast
Osso bucco
Ribs
Stir fry strips
Chuck steak
Oyster blade
Flank/blade steak
Diced
Mince
Burgers (made from 100% beef mince)
Sausages (GF and preservative free)
Beef bones
